About the Company:
We're exclusively partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed InsurTech that is transforming how commercial insurance claims are managed through AI-powered technology. Following strong early customer adoption, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking to appoint a Head of Revenue to build and scale its commercial function. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage in the company's journey. The foundations are in place, the product has market validation, and the next step is building a repeatable, scalable go-to-market engine.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you'll be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy and building the revenue function for its next stage of growth. This is far more than a sales leadership position. We're looking for someone who understands how to build a go-to-market organisation. You'll develop the commercial strategy, establish the operating cadence, create repeatable processes, build the team and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure the business scales in the right way. While this is a leadership role, you'll also remain close to customers, leading strategic enterprise opportunities and helping shape how the company wins in the market.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute the company's commercial and revenue strategy.
Build a scalable enterprise go-to-market motion.
Develop sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management and commercial operating rhythms.
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing commercial organisation.
Lead strategic enterprise opportunities with carriers and MGAs.
Build executive relationships with senior claims, operations and innovation leaders across the insurance market.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align commercial strategy with customer needs.
Establish the metrics, structure and discipline required to support long-term growth.
Qualifications:
We're looking for a commercial operator who has experience building and scaling revenue functions within a high-growth B2B SaaS or InsurTech environment. You'll understand that sustainable growth comes from creating repeatable processes, strong commercial discipline and close alignment across the business.
Required Skills:
Experience building and scaling a go-to-market function within a high-growth software business.
A track record of developing commercial strategy, sales operations and repeatable revenue processes.
Experience hiring, mentoring and leading high-performing commercial teams.
The ability to build structure, operating cadence and accountability as a business scales.
Strong cross-functional leadership, working closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success.
Experience selling complex enterprise software into commercial carriers and MGAs.
Credibility engaging C-level executives and leading strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
A hands-on approach, with the willingness to lead important customer conversations while building the organisation around you.
This is an opportunity to play a defining role in the growth of an ambitious InsurTech business addressing one of the insurance industry's largest operational challenges. You'll work directly with an experienced founder and leadership team, influence company strategy, build the commercial organisation and help shape how the business scales over the coming years. For someone who enjoys building, improving and creating rather than simply maintaining, this represents a genuine opportunity to leave a lasting impact within one of the most exciting areas of insurance technology. If you're excited by the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
