Facilities / Project Manager

Qualifications include: H.S. or GEDDegree a PLUS2+ years experience overseeing facilities and grounds in a construction or industrial setting

Responsibilities include: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of buildings and infrastructure Manage maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs Manage projects related to construction, renovation, and facility improvements Coordinate schedulng with vendors, contractors, and service providers Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets Track project progress and adjust plans as needed Prepare reports and communicate project status to leadership Pay is based on experience.
