As a CNC Technician (Programmer), you'll play a key role in supporting production and maintenance teams by: Programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC machining operations Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Training Team Leaders on machine setup, tooling, troubleshooting, and program adjustments Supporting new product launches from setup through first-piece approval Collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance on tooling, work holding, and manufacturing improvements Leading preventive maintenance initiatives and corrective actions Developing and updating operator work instructions and documentation Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives and participating in continuous improvement activities Ensuring compliance with safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures What you need to succeed: High School Diploma or GEDManufacturing, technical, or trade school education preferredCNC programming and machining experience Experience with tooling, work holding, machine troubleshooting, and process optimization Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and quality systems Strong computer and technical skills Health and wellness: Medical, dental and vision insurance Prescription drug benefits Wellness reimbursement TelehealthOnsite health screenings Mental health resources Employee assistance program that includes counseling and support services for mental health, family support, financial advice, legal guidance, and more.
