Ability to do inpatient rounding if desired

4-day WW can be arranged!
Manageable patient load: 20-25 per day.
TelePsychiatry available.
Group call rotation: 1:17 (phone consultations only).
Opportunities to engage in resident education.
Compensation & Benefits:
Attractive compensation model: Base salary with production bonus.
Estimated base salary: Approximately $350,000+ (DOE), potential up to $400K.
Signing bonus: $35,000.
Benefits package includes:
PTO, 5 days CME + $4,000.
