Responsibilities:
- Assist with bidding, subcontractor buyout, and contract review processes
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and material procurement tracking
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring subcontractors stay on track
- Track long-lead items and coordinate schedule impacts
- Review drawing revisions and manage change orders
- Participate in client meetings, OAC meetings, and project update discussions
- Coordinate third-party inspections and punch list completion
- Support project closeout documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
~ OSHA 30 certification preferred~2+ years of construction industry experience preferred~ Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus~ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills~ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities~ Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company-specific software
