We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support a variety of warehouse and material handling operations in the Indianapolis, IN area. Assignments may include picking and packing, shipping and receiving, inventory movement, material handling, production support, or basic assembly. Successful candidates will be reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable performing hands-on work, and able to follow instructions while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Opportunities may be available for both entry-level candidates and those with previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities:
Move, stage, load, and unload materials and products throughout the warehouse or production area.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment while verifying quantities and product information.
Receive and inspect incoming materials, assist with inventory organization, and complete basic shipping and receiving documentation.
Assemble products or components using work instructions and basic hand or power tools as required.
Operate pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, forklifts, or basic production equipment after appropriate training and authorization.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, material handling, assembly, or similar experience is preferred but not always required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and learn new processes and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic ability to read, count, and understand work instructions.
Ability to work safely in a physically active warehouse or production environment.
Preferred
Experience:
- Forklift or material-handling equipment experienceRF scanner, picking, or packing experience
- Shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
- Production or manufacturing experience
- Basic assembly or mechanical experience
- Experience using hand or power tools
- Experience working with production, quality, or work instructions
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Overtime available based on assignment and business needs.
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.35 per hour
