Project Manager - Augusta Construction

Job Description: Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure project delivery. Utilize Procore for project management and Timberline for estimating. Drive project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant: Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor. Background in one or more: healthcare, MOB, retail, QSR, worship, government, or office. Ground-up experience preferred; interiors experience also considered. Strong communication and organizational skills. Based in or willing to relocate to the Augusta, GA area.
