APPLY NOWMaybe you’ve lost someone you love. Maybe you’ve cared for someone through an illness, or watched someone close to you navigate loss. You know how much there is to carry, and how hard it can be to know where to turn. Heartchive brings together the practical and personal sides of caregiving and grief, with space for memories, private writing, shared tasks, and important information. I’m looking for someone to work directly with me to build relationships with organizations that serve caregivers and grieving families. A central part of this role is finding partners who can sponsor Heartchive access, making it available at no cost to the people they support. This is an early role with room to help shape how we find partners, introduce Heartchive, and build those relationships over time.
What you’ll do:
Identify funeral homes, hospices, hospitals, caregiver organizations, and other potential partners and sponsors.
Find the right people to contact, introduce Heartchive thoughtfully, and arrange conversations.
Help potential partners understand how they could offer Heartchive to the families they serve, including through sponsored access.
Help move conversations from an initial introduction to an agreed partnership, working directly with me on proposals and next steps.
Keep contacts organized, track progress, and follow up consistently.
Help create outreach emails, partner materials, brochures, and social posts.
Gather feedback from partners to improve how we introduce Heartchive and support its use.
Who you are:
You’re comfortable reaching out to someone new, asking thoughtful questions, and following through. You can work independently, keep track of details, and help turn an idea into a concrete next step. You understand Heartchive’s voice: warm, honest, and human. You can write and speak about caregiving and grief with sensitivity, without sounding clinical, overly sentimental, or promotional. Experience in partnerships, outreach, business development, marketing, or healthcare is helpful. You’re interested in both building relationships and helping those relationships become partnerships that make Heartchive accessible to more people. A personal connection to caregiving or grief may draw you to this work, but you don’t need to share your story to be considered.
