Lumber Will-Call Loader & Customer Service Pro

Ritter Lumber is seeking a Will Call Loader in its Operations team. The role supports customer fulfillment and inventory accuracy by handling will-call orders, cashiering, loading, and basic lumber cutting. The will-call process requires safety, accuracy, and strong teamwork, reporting to the Inventory Manager. You will engage with customers at pickup, operate forklifts and cutting tools, and help maintain an organized yard and accurate stock levels. This is a full-time on-site position in Texas.
