UV Curable Ink & Coatings R&D Chemist

Flint Group in Rogers, MN is seeking a Product Development Chemist to drive the design and optimization of UV curable and waterborne ink and coating technologies. You will coordinate lab activities and provide technical information to Customer, Sales and Technical Service teams. Qualified candidates possess a Master degree in chemistry or related field, 1–3 years in Narrow Web industry, hands-on lab experience, and strong communication and project management skills.
