Process Engineer We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our R&D group in East Windsor, CT team! As our Process Engineer, you will work closely with all departments at our Thermal Spray Surface Technologies facility. This is a hands-on role, where you are actively involved in the full project cycle for our customers.

Salary:

What You Bring· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.· 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering.· Knowledge of basic root-cause analysis techniques.· Familiarity with manufacturing processes, configuration management, and engineering documentation.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.· Effective communication and teamwork skills.· Ability to manage multiple tasks and apply engineering judgment under minimal supervision. Preferred· Thermal spray or coating or special process experience or knowledge.· 3D design, robotics experience.
