Senior F&B Manager, Casino Hotel Operations

Dreamscape Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across the Rio Las Vegas property's food and beverage outlets. You will directly manage the Assistant F&B management teams and ensure exceptional guest service. The role requires five years of progressive hospitality operations experience, demonstrated leadership of large teams, and strong analytical and communication skills. Night and weekend shifts are required.
