Minard Enterprises is seeking a strategic General Counsel to manage the full legal footprint of a multi-entity private office. You\'ll be the first in-house legal hire, partnering directly with the founder and executive leadership to protect the business, structure deals, and navigate regulatory complexity across multiple industries. You\'ll own the corporate function across all entities, handle drafting and negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, support M&A, and oversee risk and litigation
