Title Team Lead

Key responsibilities: Manage the title pipeline, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and addressing potential bottlenecks Collaborate with key departments to facilitate smooth workflow and timely resolution of title-related issues Identify and resolve title issues, preparing necessary affidavits and requests to clear liens or encumbrances on property titlesRequired qualificationsFour-year college degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in a lending or mortgage environment, with at least one year of title-related real estate experience preferred A minimum of one year of customer support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internal CRM systems Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and verbal
