Lauderdale, Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, Lake Park🏢 Commercial HVAC / Retrofit Sales🚨 Multiple Openings📈 High-Earning Growth Opportunity A leading commercial HVAC organization is expanding its Florida sales team and is looking for a proven 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗩𝗔𝗖 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗛𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥.This is NOT a traditional account-management position. We're looking for someone who knows how to 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬, get in front of the decision-maker, sell the solution, and close the business.🔹 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘 • Develop new commercial HVAC business throughout their assigned markets • Prospect directly to building owners and facility decision makers • Identify HVAC retrofit and equipment replacement opportunities • Build relationships with Directors of Engineering, Directors of Facilities, Facility Managers and Procurement • Develop opportunities for chillers, HVAC equipment replacement, energy solutions and mechanical upgrades • Manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through close • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of self-generated business • Sell projects typically valued at $250K–$400K+, with opportunities reaching $1M+🔹 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥🚨 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗩𝗔𝗖 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 — REQUIRED✅ Proven commercial HVAC sales background✅ Direct end-user / building owner sales experience✅ Existing relationships with facility and engineering decision-makers✅ Demonstrated new-business / hunter mentality✅ Strong HVAC retrofit sales experience✅ Experience selling equipment replacements, chillers, energy solutions or mechanical upgrades✅ Ability to sell complex, larger-ticket projects✅ Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC✅ Takeoff / estimating / technical scoping experience is a major plus✅ Florida market experience preferred🚫 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧: This is primarily a 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 opportunity — NOT primarily new construction sales.🔹 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗢The focus is directly inside commercial buildings, working with the people responsible for the facility and its systems:🏢 Building Owners🏢 Directors of Engineering🏢 Directors of Facilities🏢 Facility Managers📋 Procurement Priority markets include:🏨 Hospitality🏢 Commercial Office🏥 Healthcare🏫 Institutional💰 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟💵 $80K–$110,000K Base Salary DOE & Location🚗 Car Allowance🔥 Uncapped Commission (paid monthly)📈 Approximately $30K in First-Year Commission Potential💰 Commissions paid monthly as customer payments are received🎯 Earned commissions are paid regardless of sales-goal attainment🏥 Comprehensive Benefits Package There is 𝗡𝗢 𝗖𝗘𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 on earnings.
