Our client is a privately held company specializing in secondary packaging supplies and end-of-the-line equipment. They're looking for a Sales Manager to lead their packaging solutions team and drive new business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a team of 2-4 MW-based sales representatives
- Developing & executing business strategy and account plans
- Selling secondary & tertiary packaging supplies and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success developing new business in the packaging automation space
- Experience working within a packaging distribution environment is a plus
- Prior people management experience preferred
