Job Description:
JM Enterprise Group is hiring motivated, outgoing representatives to help customers explore home internet options. You’ll work at tabletop displays in store locations and at events, speak with customers face-to-face, check service availability, and help interested customers enroll. This is a full-time, in-person position.
What You’ll Do:
Set up and maintain a professional display at assigned store locations and events.
Greet shoppers and start conversations about their home internet needs.
Check which home internet plans are available at each customer’s address.
Explain available speeds, pricing, equipment, installation, and promotions.
Answer questions and help interested customers complete enrollment.
Follow company and store guidelines while working toward individual and team goals.
What We’re Looking For:- 18 years old or older
- Comfortable approaching and talking with new people
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and available to work full time
- Motivated by goals and earning opportunities
- Able to stand and interact with customers during scheduled shifts
Sales, retail, event, or customer service experience is a plus. Training is provided.
