Turnaround Program Leader - Refinery Safety & Execution

Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership is seeking a Senior Manager, Turnarounds to lead complex refinery shutdowns and turnarounds with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule. You will direct large execution workforces, set governance, and drive continuous improvement across planning, estimating, and scheduling disciplines. You will develop leaders, manage risk, and align stakeholders while delivering first-quartile performance in a high-pressure environment.
