Insightful Talent is partnering with a staffing agency to identify a motivated Telecom Recruiter to join their team!
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and enjoys connecting great candidates with the right opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit candidates for telecom-related positions across a variety of skill levels
Manage a high volume of open requisitions and candidates
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
Conduct candidate screens and assess candidates against job requirements
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers and staffing teams to understand recruiting needs
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS
Meet recruiting goals and respond quickly to changing hiring demands
What We're Looking For: 0–5 years of recruiting experience — recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or talent acquisition experience is a plus
Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while staying organized and responsive
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to learn telecom terminology, roles, and technical requirements
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
