Daily Responsibilities:
  • Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and guest service
  • Manage restaurant staff and provide coaching and support
  • Ensure quality of service and guest satisfaction
  • Handle complaint resolution and ensure guest satisfaction
Required Skills:
  • Restaurant Management experience
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience with cost management and budgeting
  • ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Experience with staffing, scheduling, and closing procedures
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in retail or accounting
  • Coaching and team development experience
Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, along with health insurance, 401(k) options, sick leave, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer long-term disability coverage and reimbursement for eligible expenses.
