Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans with focus on discharge needs.
- Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with the well educated and experienced healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
- Assessment of Speech and Language Level of Functioning
- Provide screening of speech/language communication skills as part of the student intake process.
Qualifications:
Speech Language Pathologist License in WA (CFY candidates cannot be accepted).Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
