What You’ll Do:- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Review plans and specifications for accuracy, constructability, and project requirements
- Prepare General Conditions and establish baseline project schedules
- Track project budgets, costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Manage change orders, RFIs, owner pay applications, submittals, and shop drawings
- Write and execute subcontracts and purchase orders
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
- Lead regular jobsite coordination and project meetings
- Maintain strong communication with owners, clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Serve as a leader and mentor to younger team members
What We’re Looking For:- 3+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, scheduling, drawings, and specifications
- Experience negotiating and managing subcontract agreements
- Experience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft OfficeStrong client-facing communication and leadership skills
- Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Fort Lauderdale/South Florida area
