Outside Sales Representative - Lumber / Millwork / Plywood

About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a background in lumber, millwork, plywood, or wood products to develop and grow business throughout Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity for an established sales professional who understands the wood-products market and has relationships with manufacturers, contractors, distributors, cabinet companies, pallet manufacturers, and other commercial customers.

What You'll Do: Develop and manage relationships with customers throughout Southern California Sell rough and finished lumber, plywood, millwork, and related wood products Prospect for new business while expanding existing accounts Work directly with manufacturers, distributors, cabinet and pallet manufacturers, and other wood-product customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Manage the sales process from prospecting through close Build long-term customer relationships and grow territory revenue Represent the company professionally throughout the market

Ideal Background: 3+ years of outside sales experience in lumber, plywood, millwork, or wood products Existing relationships within the Southern California wood-products market strongly preferred Experience selling to manufacturers, distributors, cabinet companies, pallet manufacturers, contractors, or similar customers Strong understanding of lumber/wood products and their applications Proven track record of developing new business and growing accounts Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach to territory management Compensation & OpportunityTop producers can earn $400K+ annually Southern California territory Long-term career opportunity with a growing organization If you have a proven track record selling lumber, plywood, millwork, or other wood products and want an opportunity with significant earning potential, we'd like to speak with you.
