Key responsibilities:
Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities
Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly, ensuring timely documentation and treatment planning
Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles
Required qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
Relevant therapist license in New York (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC)
Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
Knowledge of medical terminology and psychosocial aspects of health
Experience providing teletherapy preferred
