Midwest Class A CDL Driver

Premier Transportation is hiring Midwest Class A CDL Drivers to support dedicated and regional freight operations. As a key member of our professional driving team, you will safely operate late-model equipment, complete on-time pickups and deliveries, and maintain accurate ELD and DOT logs. You’ll perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, and ensure freight is properly secured. Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional Midwest routes Complete on-time pickups and deliveries while maintaining schedules Perform accurate pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT standards Maintain compliant ELD logs and all required DOT documentation Secure freight properly and verify load accuracy Communicate effectively with dispatch, planners, and customers Adhere to FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies at all times Report equipment issues and coordinate basic maintenance needs Class A CDL truck driving FMCSA and DOT compliance Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) use Trip planning and routing Freight securement Defensive driving Vehicle inspection (pre/post trip) Time management for on-time delivery Basic truck maintenance Customer service communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record (MVR) DOT medical certification FMCSA hours-of-service knowledge Tanker/HAZMAT endorsement preferred
