Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial or recycling environment
- Strong understanding of safe heavy equipment operation
- General labor experience with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment to support quarry production and site maintenance
- Safely load, move, and transport aggregate materials
- Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections of heavy equipment
- Assist with general quarry labor activities
- Monitor equipment operation and identify maintenance issues
