Machine Operator

Machine Operator Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Support manufacturing operations within the Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments Assist production teams with hands-on tasks and learn multiple support roles Prepare and stage rolls for mounting on various presses Wrap and prepare finished paper products, including rolls, sheets, or boxed paper Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products safely and efficiently What's Needed? Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to learn multiple roles and support manufacturing processes Strong attention to safety procedures and attention to detail Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Previous experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required What's in it for me?
