Key responsibilities include:
Completing client health screenings and providing direct care and nursing services as needed, including monitoring any chronic health conditionsEvaluating medical complaints and concerns from residents during on-site hours and relaying information to the appropriate NP/MDServing as a vital part of your patients' multidisciplinary treatment teamsAdministering medications and ordering medication refillsComplying with all policies and procedures, e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, medical protocols, infection control, and local, state, and federal regulationsWhat Makes You a Great Fit:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in state where you are applying (required)
- Experience in residential nursing (preferred, not required)
- Ability to make good decisions based your analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment
