- About Bartlett
Bartlett Homes and Roofing is a residential exteriors company with teams in Utah, Idaho, Washington, and Georgia. We help homeowners with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, whether it's a retail project or an insurance claim. We promote from within and many of our leaders started as reps. This Is a Place You Can Stay
The Utah market is full of reps who have bounced from company to company chasing a slightly better comp plan or a shinier pitch. We get it, but that cycle is exhausting and it never compounds into anything. What we're building here is different. When you stay and develop your skills in one place, your earnings grow, your referral pipeline grows, and your reputation in your market grows. Our commission rates increase the longer you're with us. Our top earners are not people who jumped in with big numbers. They're people who sharpened their craft, built their reputation, and let it compound over time. If you want a place to plant roots, develop yourself as a salesperson and as a person, and build something that actually lasts, this is it. Why Now
Utah just had three hail storms and homeowners are calling faster than our team can get to them. We have more leads than reps and we're adding people to keep up. You can sell anywhere across the Wasatch Front, from Tremonton to Santaquin, Park City to Tooele, and everywhere in between. What You'll Do:
Start by knocking doors and building your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing. Reps who establish themselves earn their way into company leads.
Run in-home consultations on company leads and your own prospects.
Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and build relationships with homeowners throughout the process.
Be the homeowner's partner from first knock to final check, walking them through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.
Build referral pipeline on top of your canvassing base.
Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.
Your First 60 Days
Your first week is structured training. After that you are in the field, learning hands-on alongside reps who have done this job at a high level. Reps who commit to the process are closing deals and earning commission fast. What We Handle So You Can Focus On Selling
Our admin, estimating, production, and accounting teams are behind you every step of the way. You have the support to handle insurance jobs, manage your pipeline, and focus on what you do best: being in front of homeowners and closing deals. You'll Do Well Here If You Have
We are not just looking for sales experience. We are looking for people whose identity is built on discipline, delayed gratification, and doing hard things. If you have ever pushed through something uncomfortable because you knew the payoff was on the other side, you will fit here. Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, alarm, roofing)A track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle The drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you Sales or customer facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We have seen people with zero sales background outperform veterans on work ethic alone. We will teach you the roofing. You bring the grit. If you read this and recognized yourself in it, do not wait. We move fast and we are looking for people who do the same.#SLCBenefits
