Job Overview:
The Quality Assurance Associate plays a key role in ensuring product safety and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on manufacturing position focused on inspections, defect tracking, containment, sorting, and rework support.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and document defects Perform quality inspections Sort and segregate products needing rework Support containment and rework activities Maintain accurate QA records Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required Own Reliable transportation required (facility is NOT on bus line) Strong attention to detail Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure/ruler Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, lift, and reach Working phone with voicemail required (app-based time clock used) Steel toe boots/shoes required Dependable and able to work full shifts Mileage Reimbursement Available$0.50 per mile for travel over 41 miles roundtrip from your home address We are looking for dependable individuals ready to grow into a long-term career in manufacturing quality assurance.
