Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee

Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Gain proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints to resolve complex equipment failures. Maintain and troubleshoot critical production assets, including conveyor systems, motors, and automated machinery. Participate in specialized off-site technical training programs to stay at the forefront of industrial technology. Apply knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to restore peak performance to manufacturing lines.

Required Skills: Technical degree, certification, or a high school diploma paired with at least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and a natural drive for complex problem-solving. Ability to travel for specialized training sessions as required. Willingness to adapt to rotating shift schedules and potential relocation post-graduation.

Preferred Skills: Foundational knowledge of industrial automation and CNC systems. Experience with electrical systems diagnostics and industrial repair. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
