The Briad Group seeks a seasoned civil and site development professional to lead development due diligence, entitlements, and cross-functional project leadership for multi-site investments. You will review surveys, layouts, and technical reports, coordinate permits, and manage schedules and budgets across portfolios. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in civil/site development with AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to travel to project sites and meetings as needed.
