Senior Manager / Director of Engineering | Aerospace Manufacturing
Job Location: Columbus, MS
Salary: $140,000-$180,000 Base + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
Lead. Build. Scale. We're looking for an accomplished Aerospace Engineering Leader to lead engineering operations within a growing, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. - Multidisciplinary Engineering TeamsWhat We're Looking For 12+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong design + manufacturing engineering background
- Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management
- Experience in an AS9100-regulated environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management
- Hands-on, operational leadership style with strong business judgment
