Food Production Facility Cleaner Keeping a food production facility spotless isn't just cleaning it's making sure every product that leaves our plant is safe for the families who eat it. If you take pride in doing things right and want a stable, full-time role with a team that has your back, we want to meet you. Why You'll Like It HereWe invest in your safety. From cut-resistant gloves to rubber suits and everything in between, we provide the PPE you need to do this job well and go home safe every day. Real training, real growth. This is an entry-level role by design, no prior sanitation experience required. We'll teach you the chemicals, the equipment, and the standards. Many of our sanitation team members grow into lead and supervisor roles. A team that works together. Fast-paced doesn't mean chaotic — you'll be part of a crew that relies on each other to get the job done right, every shift. Medical, 401(k) match, PTO, Sick Time, overtime opportunities, referral bonuses, attendance incentives
What You'll Do:- Deep-clean and sanitize the equipment, tools, floors, and spaces that keep our food-safety standards among the best in the industry
- Follow clear, documented cleaning procedures — we'll show you exactly what "done right" looks like
- Help keep the plant running smoothly by keeping shared spaces (break areas, docks, restrooms) clean and organized
- Work alongside your team and supervisor to knock out the daily and weekly sanitation schedule
What We're Looking For:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary, just a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role (this one keeps you moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, bending, and more)
- Someone who takes safety seriously and follows procedures
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Good to Know Before You ApplyThis role works overnight/3rd shift in a food production environment, which means some conditions come with the territory: temperatures that can run cold or hot, wet or humid work areas, and time spent around moving equipment. We equip you with full protective gear (safety footwear, smock, hairnet, safety glasses, and more) and train you on safe practices from day one, but we want you to know what to expect going in.
