What We’re Looking For:
Significant experience in Tax and Tax Controversy matters
ERC and R&D Tax Credit experience
Strong background in Tax Litigation (ERC litigation experience is a plus)
Ability to lead cases, manage client relationships, and mentor junior attorneys
