Job TitleGreet guests in a positive and professional manner at all times Provide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers with questions/issues Guide guests to the appropriate products based on their needs Keep a neat and clean workstation Assist with other duties of Guest Services as requested 18 years of age or older and prior work experience Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy with cash handling Ability to be cross trained with the Guest Services position Hours of employment are dependent on business demands Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday and evening availability
