APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)SpineSearch is partnering with a leading NYC-based hospital system to recruit a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic, rapidly growing academic orthopedic practice. Additional office locations include NJ, one to two times per week. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a renowned spine orthopedic surgeon in a collaborative environment focused on providing comprehensive care across pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and managing patients with orthopedic and spinal conditions
- Providing pre-operative and post-operative care, including wound checks and patient education
- Coordinating patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Managing patient inquiries, prescriptions, and clinical documentation through EPICSupporting non-operative treatment plans and helping optimize patients for surgery
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current New York State license and applicable national certification
- Relevant clinical experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, or spine care preferredBLS certification; additional certifications as required for the role
