Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when appropriate, provide family, marriage, or group counseling based on your specialty. Perform mental health screenings and subsequent assessments to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals in case consultations and strategy sessions to ensure holistic care. Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices. Support other clinical duties as assigned to uphold the highest standards of patient care. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a member of our team, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing journeys, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space for growth and recovery. Qualifications: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Social Work, qualifying as LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).Current licensure in Washington State, demonstrating eligibility to provide mental health counseling. Strong knowledge of therapeutic theories, best practices, and effective counseling techniques. Confidence in navigating individual and family dynamics and adapting therapeutic strategies accordingly.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. Experience with co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, as well as substance abuse treatment methodologies. Proficient in implementing evidence-based practices and an understanding of contemporary trends in mental health treatment.
