Maintenance - Maintenance Technician III Flat Rock

Principal Responsibilities: Performs minor equipment maintenance and manual labor as directed by the property manager May oversee special projects assigned by the Association Director of Buildings and Property or Camp Property Manager May train and or provide guidance to other camp maintenance staff or teams assigned to projects Assist Buildings and grounds staff in conducting weekly equipment maintenance and safety checks Assist housekeeping staff with in janitorial duties Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs Assist with and performs building maintenance and repairs Performs and records preventative maintenance task

Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to walk, stand or bend for prolonged periods, stretching, pushing, pulling or kneeling. Ability to operate mowers and weed eaters. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds on occasion Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds.
