ABOUT THE ROLE: At VIVA Creative, live events are the heartbeat of what we do. We're seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead conferences, meetings, trade shows, product launches, award shows, and experiential activations. Lead on-site teams and run the show calmly and professionally, with attention to every detail. Deliver post-event materials on time, to the highest standard. WHAT YOU BRINGFive or more years leading event production. Experience producing complex conferences of 2,000 to 20,000 attendees, with exhibit halls, main stages, entertainment, presentations, breakouts, and digital components. Clients request you by name. Calm under pressure when things go sideways, can-do attitude, and proud that organization is your superpower. Upbeat, positive, and trusted for your judgment. No challenge is too big, even if it's never been done before. WHY WE'RE IN PERSONThis role is fully in person in our Rockville studios, not remote or hybrid. We're a tech-forward agency that uses AI every day in transformational and innovative ways, but ours is a human business. Ideas come from people in a room together: the half-formed thought said out loud, the sketch on the back of a page, the question that turns into the answer. We like raw brainstorming, critical thinking, discourse, prototyping, and iteration of ideas. That's why every piece of our work carries a human signature.
