Remote Copywriter

Job Description: Support the rollout of Data 360 by developing customer-facing messaging for new, multi-channel digital marketing journeys. Take completed customer journey maps and translate them into clear, engaging copy across email, SMS/text, web, and other digital channels. Write both brand/creative copy and performance-driven marketing copy, depending on the objective of each customer touchpoint. Create net-new messaging from scratch while also editing and enhancing existing content. Partner closely with graphic designers to ensure copy and creative come together cohesively throughout the customer journey. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all communications. Manage multiple pieces of content at once, working quickly while maintaining strong attention to editing, proofreading, and QA. Incorporate feedback from marketing, creative, legal/compliance, and leadership stakeholders in a high-visibility enterprise environment. Help bring the initial Data 360 use cases to life as the organization builds toward its March go-live.
