CNC Machinist/Programmer Job

What You'll Do: Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes. Interpret complex blueprints, program sheets, and work instructions. Perform turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations to close tolerances. Complete machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments. Inspect and gauge finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for machines, tooling, and parts. Work collaboratively with the production team while maintaining dependable attendance.

What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience. Strong blueprint-reading, measurement, inspection, and gaging skills. Experience in a low-volume, high-mix job-shop environment is preferred. Multi-axis mill or machining-center experience is a plus. Manual mill or manual lathe experience is a plus. A team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.
