Start a Career in Manufacturing - We'll Train YouYou don't need metal finishing or plating experience to start here. We're looking for dependable people who like hands-on work, can follow instructions, take pride in doing a job correctly, and want an opportunity to earn, learn and become more valuable As a Production Racker, you'll prepare metal parts for the plating and metal-finishing process. You'll attach parts to specialized racks before processing, remove them afterward, inspect and handle parts carefully, and follow work instructions that tell you how each job needs to be completed. Some parts may be large. Others may be extremely small. The work can be repetitive, and production pace matters - but so does quality. If you like staying busy, working with your hands and seeing what you've accomplished at the end of the day, this may be a good fit. Before You Apply - Make Sure This Sounds Like YouThis position may be a good fit if: You can consistently be at work and ready to begin at 5:00 AMYou prefer active hands-on work over sitting at a desk. You're comfortable performing repetitive tasks and developing a steady work rhythm. You can work efficiently without sacrificing quality. You pay attention to small details and can follow written work instructions. You understand that "I've done this before" doesn't replace following the current process. You take feedback well and are willing to learn. You want a steady job where dependable employees have opportunities to learn additional skills and advance. Earning additional money is important to you, and you're interested in taking advantage of overtime opportunities when they are available. This position may not be a good fit if you need frequent schedule flexibility, strongly dislike repetitive production work, prefer changing tasks constantly, or are looking primarily for forklift or warehouse work.
