UGLYCASH is seeking a Head of Growth to own marketing and acquisition go-to-market, from first hearing about us to becoming an active customer. This is a senior, hands-on role with leadership-level ownership.
You will own both strategy and execution, building an acquisition engine whose capacity grows through better systems and agents. You'll work directly with the founder and collaborate with product, engineering, and creative contributors.
