Trademark Paralegal

Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the U.S. and international trademark portfolio, including maintaining accuracy of trademark files and managing deadlines Coordinate with marketing teams to gather necessary evidence for trademark applications and renewals Communicate with external legal counsel to file and maintain trademark applications and respond to office actionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or completion of a paralegal program with familiarity in Intellectual Property 3-5 years of substantive trademark paralegal experience Working knowledge of U.S. and international trademark prosecution and maintenance procedures Proficiency in USPTO trademark systems and related software Ability to work remotely while managing tasks efficiently and maintaining communication with the legal team
