Job Description:
We are seeking a Dispatcher for Trucks to coordinate freight operations, optimize routes, support drivers, and help ensure shipments are delivered safely and on schedule. This role serves as a key point of contact among drivers, customers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation and resolving issues throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate loads and assign dispatch schedules.
Plan efficient routes based on shipment requirements.
Communicate schedules, instructions, and updates to drivers.
Track shipments and monitor delivery progress.
Provide customers with timely delivery updates.
Maintain accurate dispatch and shipment documentation.
Resolve delivery, routing, and scheduling issues.
Perform compliance checks throughout dispatch operations.
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in truck dispatching.
