Capital One Café Ambassador at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco serves as the face of our mission to change banking for good, bridging digital innovation with human connection.
You’ll move throughout the Café, help guests master mobile tools, and share product value through conversation, not hard selling, while supporting the guest experience.
The role involves hosting community events, promoting financial health, coordinating with-store teams, and maintaining an inclusive, service‑driven environment.
