What You'll Do:- Assemble components for LED lighting systems
- Perform basic assembly and production tasks
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Work with small components and tools
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements:- Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus
- Electronics assembly experience is a plus
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and ready to start Monday morning
