Senior Omnichannel Growth Leader

REI in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Initiatives to partner across the co‑op, build business cases, and commercialize high‑impact programs that grow revenue and improve the customer experience across digital and physical channels. You will lead multi‑year, cross‑functional initiatives, leverage store and online data, develop strategies, and drive execution with Stores, Digital, Supply Chain, Product Management and other teams, while mentoring new talent.
