Peloton Interactive is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Development team in New York. You will design and develop scalable learning assets for management programs, onboarding, and skills-based learning, partnering with SMEs and People Business Partners to deliver transformative experiences. You’ll lead full-cycle design across eLearning, VILT, and blended formats, using ADDIE/SAM/Agile methodologies.
